I transformed Nowcollab from a student tool into a comprehensive Work Management for Professors too, designed to primarily increase retention, reduce administrative overhead & increase student engagement.

• Interactive Classroom Engagement: I designed a suite of Interactive Presentation tools that allow professors to engage live with students in class, turning passive lectures into active data-collection points.

• AI-Assisted Content Generation: Integrated a Course Content Generator where professors can upload material to automatically create case studies, project roadmaps, and gated quizzes.

• Real-Time Analytics & Oversight: Built a central dashboard to track all projects, attendance, and student "At-Risk" alerts, allowing professors to intervene before learning gaps widened.

• The Project Marketplace: To bridge the gap between academia and industry, I architected a Project Marketplacewhere students can apply for live projects from industry partners, increasing the platform's long-term utility and value.

The Final Impact: The B2B Growth Engine

By building for the professor, we closed the "engagement loop":

1. Retention: Students now use Nowcollab daily because it’s where their lectures, quizzes, and live projects live, not just their final submission.

2. Scalability: The platform moved from a "student-led" tool to a "department-mandated" infrastructure, facilitating 5x month-on-month ARR growth through institutional adoption.
